Our Debut EP features 5 songs that aim to reflect the common up and down cycle of life. Starting with the first track "Godspeed", the cycle begins at the first stage. When you find yourself in a moment of such anger and disappointment that you decide "Screw this", and wish whatever it is you find yourself angry or disappointed at, Godspeed. The second track "Are You Alright?", focuses on the immediate regret and uncertainty that you feel after deciding to let go and wish those feelings of anger and disappointment Godspeed. The track aims to capture the anxiety and nervousness of stepping into this decision and facing the consequences of your decision. The third track "Smile!" is when the weight of your decision spirals you into a depression. This song is told in two perspectives, the perspective of the you in the depression, and the perspective of those around you noticing and wishing to help pull you out of your own depths. The fourth track "Think of Me", focuses on stepping back into a mix of the feelings of regret and anxiety and the emersion of the feelings of peace and the beginnings of letting go. It aims to capture the bittersweet moment of remembrance and a yearning for the that once had. The final track, "Up & Away", is the moment you've come to terms with your decision and are ready and anxious to move on to bigger greater things. This song is the start of the beginning of something new and all the excitement and energy that comes with these feelings. The beauty of is this cycle never ends, after finally moving on, inevitably another fork in the road emerges and another hard decision is made before restarting the cycle. Even then, sometimes the the cycle can begin in reverse and playing the EP in reverse gives a different perspective to the same cycle.
