NEH (North East Heights) is an alternative Indie rock band based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico, formed in 2024. The group features Christian Clepper, Alex Rios, Gabriel Rodriguez, and Ty Hope, who combine their diverse influences to create a fresh and engaging sound. Blending the energy of alternative rock with the catchy melodies of pop, NEH delivers music that is both dynamic and relatable. With growing recognition in their local scene, the band is focused on writing original songs and connecting with audiences through live performances.

The band formed and played their first show in March 2025 and has been moving forward ever since. The band originally started as a 3 piece band in 2022 as a group of high school friends that never really took off without a drummer. With the addition of Ty Hope as a drummer and a creative mind, the band finally gained the momentum it needed to start performing and releasing music.

Since then NEH has been all around Albuquerque making notable appearances at the New Mexico State Fair, the University of New Mexico, and numerous local venues around the city. More recently the band has had opportunities to play in El Paso and Las Cruces. Moving forward, NEH will continue to bring raw, authentic music to the state of New Mexico hoping to put the state on the map as a music epicenter. NEH seeks to define a new music culture in the Southwest and will continue to experiment and explore all possibilties for what a band can do today.
